Description

The TB2936HQ is a four-channel BTL power amplifier for car audio applications.
This IC has a pure complementary P-ch and N-ch DMOS output stage, offering maximum output power (POUT MAX) of 49 W. It includes a standby switch, mute function and various
protection features.

BTL stands for “Bridge-Tied Load,” and a BTL power amplifier is a type of audio amplifier configuration used to drive a load, such as a speaker or a transducer, in a way that maximizes power transfer and output without the need for a center-tapped transformer.
