Description:
The TP5000 is a switching step-down single-cell lithium manganese battery/lithium iron phosphate battery charge management chip. Its QFN16 ultra-small package and simple peripheral circuits make the TP5000 very suitable for high-current charging management applications in portable devices. At the same time, TP5000 has built-in input overcurrent, undervoltage protection, chip overtemperature protection, short circuit protection, battery temperature monitoring, and battery reverse connection protection.
