HEF4053B Datasheet – Analog Multiplexer Triple

Part Number : HEF4053B

Function : Triple single-pole double-throw analog switch

Package : DIP, TSSOP 16 Pin Type

Manufacturers : NXP Semiconductors.

Pinouts :

HEF4053B datasheet

Description :

The HEF4053B is a triple single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch, suitable for use as an analog or digital multiplexer/demultiplexer. Each switch has a digital select input (Sn), two independent inputs/outputs (nY0 and nY1) and a common input/output (nZ).

All three switches share an enable input (E). A HIGH on Ecauses all switches into the high-impedance OFF-state, independent of Sn.

Features and benefits

1. Fully static operation

2. 5 V, 10 V, and 15 V parametric ratings

3. Standardized symmetrical output characteristics

4. Specified from 40 C to +125 C

5. Complies with JEDEC standard JESD 13-B

Applications :

1. Analog multiplexing and demultiplexing

2. Digital multiplexing and demultiplexing

3. Signal gating

MAX19711 Datasheet – 10-Bit, Full-Duplex Analog Front-End

Part Number : MAX19711

Function : 10-Bit, 11Msps, Full-Duplex Analog Front-End

Package : Miniature 56-Pin Thin QFN Type (7mm x 7mm x 0.8mm)

Manufacturers : Maxim Integrated

Pinouts :

MAX19711 datasheet

Description :

The MAX19711 is an ultra-low-power, highly integrated mixed-signal analog front-end (AFE) ideal for CDMA communication applications operating in full-duplex (FD) mode. Optimized for high dynamic performance and ultra-low power, the device integrates a dual 10-bit, 11Msps receive (Rx) ADC; dual 10-bit, 11Msps transmit (Tx) DAC with CDMA baseband filters; three fast-settling 12-bit aux-DAC channels for ancillary RF front-end control; and a 10-bit, 333ksps housekeeping aux-ADC. The typical operating power in FD mode is 37.5mW/42.7mW at a 4.915MHz/11MHz clock frequency.

The Rx ADCs feature 54.8dB SNR and 74.2dBc SFDR at 1.875MHz input frequency with an 11MHz clock frequen cy. The analog I/Q input amplifiers are fully differential and accept 1.024VP-Pfull-scale signals. Typical I/Q channel matching is ±0.01°phase and ±0.01dB gain.

Features :

1. Dual 10-Bit, 11Msps Rx ADC and Dual 10-Bit, 11Msps Tx DAC

2. Ultra-Low Power –  Low-Current Standby and Shutdown Modes

3. Integrated CDMA Filters with > 64dBc Stopband Rejection

4. Programmable Tx DAC Common-Mode DC Level and I/Q Offset Trim

5.Three 12-Bit, 1µs Aux-DACs

6. 10-Bit, 333ksps Aux-ADC with 4:1 Input Mux and Data Averaging

7. Multiplexed Parallel Digital I/O

8. Serial-Interface Control
