Description

BFW10 is N-Channel JFET for VFH/UHF Amplifier.

An N-Channel Junction Field-Effect Transistor (JFET) can be used as a VFH/UHF (Very High Frequency/Ultra High Frequency) amplifier. JFETs are semiconductor devices that can be employed as voltage-controlled resistors, and they are commonly used in various electronic applications, including amplifiers.

For VFH/UHF amplification, JFETs offer certain advantages. They have low noise characteristics and can operate at high frequencies, making them suitable for amplifying radio frequency (RF) signals in the VFH/UHF range.
