TLC7701-Q1 Datasheet PDF – Supply Voltage Supervisor

Part Number: TLC7701-Q1

Function: MICROPOWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE SUPERVISORS

Package: TSSOP 8 Pin type

Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Pinouts:

TLC7701-Q1 datasheet

Description

The TLC7701-Q1 family of micropower supply voltage supervisors provide reset control, primarily in microcomputer and microprocessor systems. During power-on, RESETis asserted when VDDreaches 1 V. After minimum VDD(≥2 V) is established, the circuit monitors SENSE voltage and keeps the reset outputs active as long as SENSE voltage (VI(SENSE)) remains below the threshold voltage. An internal timer delays return of the output to the inactive state to ensure proper system reset. The delay time, td, is determined by an external capacitor:

TL7702ACD Datasheet PDF – Voltage Supervisor

Part Number: TL7702ACD

Marking : 7702AC

Function: SUPPLY-VOLTAGE SUPERVISOR

Package: SOIC 8 Pin type

Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Pinouts:

TL7702ACD datasheet

Description

The TL7702ACD, TL77xxA family of integrated-circuit supply-voltage supervisors is designed specifically for use as reset controllers in microcomputer and microprocessor systems. The supply-voltage supervisor monitors the supply for undervoltage conditions at the SENSE input. During power up, the RESET output becomes active (low) when Vcc attains a value approaching 3.6 V. At this point (assuming that SENSE is above Vit+), the delay timer function activates a time delay, after which outputs RESETand RESET go inactive (high and low, respectively).

When an undervoltage condition occurs during normal operation, RESET and RESET go active. To ensure that a complete reset occurs, the reset outputs remain active for a time delay after the voltage at the SENSE input exceeds the positive-going threshold value.

Features

– Power-On Reset Generator

– Automatic Reset Generation After Voltage Drop

– Wide Supply-Voltage Range

– Precision Voltage Sensor

– Temperature-Compensated Voltage Reference

– True and Complement Reset Outputs

– Externally Adjustable Pulse Duration
