ESM740G is 300V, 3A, Thyristor, SCR. SCR stands for “Silicon-Controlled Rectifier.” It is a type of semiconductor device commonly used in electronics and electrical engineering for switching and controlling high-voltage and high-current applications. SCR is also sometimes referred to as a thyristor, and it is one of the most widely used thyristor devices.
