A dual Darlington power transistor would integrate two Darlington transistor pairs into a single component. This integration provides the benefits of both Darlington pairs and power transistors. By combining the current amplification capabilities of Darlington pairs with the high-power handling capabilities of power transistors, this device can efficiently amplify and switch high-power signals.

QCA100AA120 is a dual Darlington power transistor module which has seriesconnected high speed, high power Darlington transistors. Each transistor has a reverse paralleled fast recovery diode. The mounting base of the module is electrically isolated from semiconductor elements for simple heatsink construction,
