STRG5643D is a switching power supply thick film circuit developed by SANKEN. It integrates a high-power N-channel field effect transistor, and also integrates some other circuits, such as oscillator circuit, startup circuit, voltage comparator, excitation circuit and series protection circuit. The startup voltage VCC-START = 16V, the minimum operating voltage VCC-ON = 10 V.
