Description

A CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) inverter driver IC is a specialized integrated circuit used to power and control the operation of CCFL lamps, which are commonly found in the backlighting systems of older LCD monitors and some laptop screens. CCFLs are long, thin fluorescent tubes that provide the backlight for the display. The inverter driver IC is an essential component of the CCFL backlighting system.
