The TM0265 chip integrates a high-voltage POWER MOS to meet the requirements of low power consumption. In standby mode, reduce the power consumption by reducing the operating frequency and output a stable operating voltage. The frequency reduction is limited to below 20KHz/21.5KHz to avoid audio noise. In failure modes such as open loop, overvoltage, or overload caused by short circuit, the chip switches the chip to restart mode through an internal protection circuit.
