Function: Dual Differential Comparator

Package: SOIC, TSSOP, VSSOP 8 Pin type

Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Pinouts:

LM2903-Q1 datasheet

Description

This is Automotive Dual Comparator.

This device consists of two independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from dual supplies is possible, as long as the difference between the two supplies is 2 V to 36V, and VCC is at least 1.5 V more positive than the input common-mode voltage. Current drain is independent of the supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to achieve wired-AND relationships.

LM111FE Datasheet PDF – Voltage Comparator

Part Number: LM111FE

Function: Voltage comparator

Package: 8-Pin Ceramic Dual In-Line Package (CERDIP)

Manufacturer: Philips Semiconductors, NXP

Description

The LM111FE series are voltage comparators that have input currents approximately a hundred times lower than devices like the mA710. They are designed to operate over a wider range of supply voltages; from standard ±15V op amp supplies down to a single 3V supply. Their output is compatible with RTL, DTL, and TTL as well as MOS circuits. Further, they can drive lamps or relays, switching voltages up to 50V at currents as high as 50mA. Both the inputs and the outputs of the LM111 series can be isolated from system ground, and the output can drive loads referred to ground, the positive supply, or the negative supply. Offset balancing and strobe capability are provided and outputs can be wire-ORed.
