Description

The MAX917 thru MAX920 nanopower comparators in space-saving SOT23 packages feature Beyond-the Rails™ inputs and are guaranteed to operate down to +1.8V.

The MAX917 / MAX918 feature an on-board 1.245V ±1.5% reference and draw an ultra-low supply current of only 750nA, while the MAX919/MAX920 (with out reference) require just 380nA of supply current.

These features make the device family of comparators ideal for all 2-cell battery applications, including monitoring/management.

Description

The LT319A is an improved version of the LM319 dual comparator. It features lower input offset voltage and offset current, higher voltage gain, guaranteed common mode rejection and input protection diodes. The LT319A is capable of operation over a supply range from5V to±15V and can drive25mA loads from each open collector output. A separate ground pin allows the LT319A to isolate system grounds. Linear Technology Corporation’s advanced processing, design techniques and reliability make the LT119A/LT319A an ideal choice over previous devices in most comparator applications.
