TPS5430-Q1 datasheet

Description

As a member of the SWIFT family of dc/dc regulators, the TPS5430-Q1 is a high-output-current pulse-width modulation (PWM) converter that integrates a low-resistance high-side N-channel MOSFET. Included on the substrate with the listed features are a high-performance voltage error amplifier that provides tight voltage regulation accuracy under transient conditions, an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuit to prevent start-up until the input voltage reaches 5.5 V, an internally set slow-start circuit to limit inrush currents, and a voltage feed-forward circuit to improve the transient response.

Using the enable (ENA) pin, shutdown supply current is reduced to 18 µA typically. Other features include an active-high enable, overcurrent limiting, overvoltage protection (OVP) and thermal shutdown. To reduce design complexity and external component count, the TPS5430 feedback loop is internally compensated. The TPS5430 regulates a wide variety of power sources including 24-V buses. The TPS5430 device is available in a thermally enhanced, easy-to-use 8-pin SOIC PowerPAD package. TI provides evaluation modules and the SWIFT Designer software tool to aid in quickly achieving high-performance power supply designs to meet aggressive equipment development cycles.

MAX509 Datasheet PDF – Quad, Serial 8-Bit DAC

Part Number: MAX509

Function: Quad, Serial 8-Bit DACs with Rail-to-Rail Outputs

Package: DIP, SO, SSOP 20 Pin Type

Manufacturer: Maxim Integrated

Pinouts:

MAX509 datasheet

Description

The MAX509, MAX510 are quad, serial-input, 8-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converters (DACs). They operate with a single +5V supply or dual ±5V supplies. Internal, precision buffers swing rail-to-rail. The refer ence input range includes both supply rails.

The device has four separate reference inputs, allow ing each DAC’s full-scale range to be set independently. 20-pin DIP, SSOP, and SO packages are available. The MAX510 is identical to the device except it has two reference inputs, each shared by two DACs. The MAX510 is housed in space-saving 16-pin DIP and SO packages.

Features

1. Single +5V or Dual ±5V Supply Operation
2. Output Buffer Amplifiers Swing Rail-to-Rail
3. Reference Input Range Includes Both Supply Rails
4. Calibrated Offset, Gain, and Linearity (1LSB TUE)
