The uP7534 is a current limited high-side switch designed for applications where heavy capacitive loads and shortcircuits are likely to be met. This device operates with inputs from 2.7V to 5.5V for both 3V and 5V systems. Its low quiescent current (25uA) and standby current (<1uA) conserve battery power in portable. The power switch is controlled by a logic enable input and driven by an internal charge pump circuit.

The uP7534 features glitch-blank fault flag that is asserted by overcurrent, overtemperature, or input undervoltage lockout. The 8ms glitch-blanking time allows momentary faults to be ignored, thus preventing false alarms to the host system.

The DG302 is TTL Compatible CMOS Analog Switch.

A CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) analog switch, also known as a CMOS analog multiplexer or CMOS analog multiplexing switch, is an integrated circuit (IC) component that is commonly used in electronic systems to route analog signals selectively. It allows multiple analog input signals to be connected to a single output or vice versa, much like a mechanical switch but in an electronic form.

Maxim’s DG300-DG303 and DG300A-DG303A CMOS dual and quad analog switches combine low power operation with fast switching times and superior DC and AC switch chracteristics. On resistance is less than 50Ω and is essentially constant over the analog signal range. Device specifications are ideal for battery powered circuitry.
