E13002 is an NPN high-voltage power transistor commonly supplied in a TO-126 or TO-225 package and intended for low-to-medium power switching stages. GS7103 Regulator

Description

The GS7103 can deliver up to 3A of continuous output current with a typical dropout voltage of only 260mV using internal n-channel MOSFETs. The linear regulator uses a separate VDD supply to power the control circuitry and drive the Internal n-channel MOSFETs. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to the voltage that is very close to VIN.
