The MT6260 integrates an ARM7EJ-STM core, the main processor running high-level GSM/EDGE-Rx protocol software as well as multimedia applications, single digital signal processor core, which manages the low-level MODEM and advanced audio functions, an embedded processor running Bluetooth baseband and link control protocol and the Bluetooth radio control.
The device is a monolithic chip integrating leading edge power management unit, analog baseband and radio circuitry based on the low-power CMOS process.
