AD5424 datasheet

Description

The AD5424/AD5433/AD5445 are CMOS 8-, 10-, and 12-bit current output digital-to-analog converters (DACs), respectively. These devices operate from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V power supply, making them suitable for battery-powered applications and many other applications. These DACs utilize data readback, allowing the user to read the contents of the DAC register via the DB pins. On power-up, the internal register and latches are filled with 0s and the DAC outputs are at zero scale. As a result of manufacturing with a CMOS submicron process, they offer excellent-quadrant multiplication characteristics, with large signal multiplying bandwidths of up to 10 MHz. The applied external reference input voltage (VREF) determines the full-scale output current. An integrated feedback resistor (RFB) provides temperature tracking and full-scale voltage output
when combined with an external I-to-V precision amplifier.

DAC102S085 Datasheet PDF – 10-Bit Micro Power Dual DAC

Part Number: DAC102S085

Function: 10-Bit Micro Power DUAL Digital-to-Analog Converter

Package: VSSOP, WSON 10 Pin Type

Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Pinouts:

DAC102S085 datasheet

Description

The DAC102S085 is a full-featured, general purpose DUAL 10-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that can operate from a single +2.7V to 5.5V supply and consumes 0.6 mW at 3V and 1.6 mW at 5V. The DAC102S085 is packaged in 10-lead SON
and VSSOP packages. The 10-lead SON package makes the DAC102S085 the smallest DUAL DAC in its class. The on-chip output amplifier allows rail-to rail output swing and the three wire serial interface operates at clock rates up to 40 MHz over the entire
supply voltage range. Competitive devices are limited to 25 MHz clock rates at supply voltages in the 2.7V to 3.6V range. The serial interface is compatible with standard SPI™, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP interfaces.

Features

1. Ensured Monotonicity
2. Low Power Operation
3. Rail-to-Rail Voltage Output
4. Power-on Reset to 0V
5. Simultaneous Output Updating
6. Wide power supply range (+2.7V to +5.5V)
7. Industry’s Smallest Package
8. Power Down Modes

Applications

1. Battery-Powered Instruments
2. Digital Gain and Offset Adjustment
3. Programmable Voltage and Current Sources
4. Programmable Attenuators
