Description

The H11AA1 is a bi-directional input optically coupled isolator consisting of two inverse parallel gallium arsenide infrared LEDs coupled to a silicon NPN phototransistor in a 6 pin DIP package.

The H11AA1 has a minimum CTR of 20 %, a CTR symmetry of 1:3 and is designed for applications requiring detection or monitoring of AC signals.

The H11AA814, H11A814 Series consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes, connected in inverse parallel, driving a single silicon phototransistor in a 4-pin dual in-line package.

The H11A617 and H11A817 Series consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor in a 4-pin dual in-line package.
