HS/M69SPDT312, HS69SPDT312 is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) GaAs PHEMT switch designed WLAN and WiMAX transmit / receive switching applicattion. HS/M69SPDT312 is ideally suited for applications where low profile and small size are critical. It also features high linearity, low control voltage, low insertion loss, and high isolation. The device is in low-cost miniature 12-lead 3.0mm x 3.0mm
package.

Description

MRY1518E series are monolithic ICs with built-in MRmagnet resistive element and CMOS switch. It becomes the non-contactswitch with low current  consumption,  high  sensitivity  and  reliability  which  is  combined with magnet.

A horizontal magnetic field parallel to the electrode of the package can be detected by an arbitrary polarity. (N pole  ⇔ S pole)
