Description
The 74HC10 / 74HCT10 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and are pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). They are specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A. The devices provide the 3-input NAND function.
Note to HCT types :
The value of additional quiescent supply current (∆ICC) for a unit load of 1 is given in the family specifications.
