Description

These monolithic BCD-to-decimal decoders consist of eight inverters and ten four-input NAND gates. The inverters are connected in pairs to make BCD input data availible for decoding by the NAND gates. Full decoding of valid input logic ensures that all outputs remain off for all invalid input conditions.

1. Can be used with a variety of display types, including LEDs and LCDs

2. Provides a straightforward method of decoding BCD inputs and displaying them on a 7-segment display
