CD7613CP is a monolithic FM and AM radio circuit with audio power amplifier. It is suitable for ordinary radio and clock radio. The DC conversion method is adopted for easy conversion.
An AM/FM radio IC (Integrated Circuit) is a specialized semiconductor device designed to receive and process radio signals in both the AM (Amplitude Modulation) and FM (Frequency Modulation) frequency bands. Features:
1. Just add two transistors to the FM input stage to form a complete AM/FM radio
2. The conversion of AM/FM adopts DC conversion method, which is easy to convert
3. Wide operating power supply voltage range VCC = 3 ~ 13V
4. There is a shunt type constant voltage source connected to the power terminal 13 inside the circuit. When the external power supply voltage exceeds 12.5V, it acts as a shunt to protect the integrated block.
