Description
LNK0265B is a low-power current mode PWM off-line control chip with built-in high-voltage switch MOS tube. It adopts self-adaptive multi-mode working mode, and automatically switches to Burst mode, PFM mode, or PWM mode according to the load condition, so as to meet the requirements of low standby power consumption and high conversion efficiency of the system. Multiple protection functions are integrated internally, such as over-current protection, overload protection, VDD over-voltage protection and VDD under-voltage protection.
