LT1303IN8-5 Datasheet – High Efficiency DC/DC Converter

Part Number: LT1303IN8-5

Function: Micropower High Efficiency DC/DC Converter

Manufacturer: Linear Technology, Analog Devices

Pinouts:

LT1303IN8-5 datasheet

Description

The LT1303, LT1303IN8-5, LT1303-5 are micropower step-up high efficiency DC/DC converters using Burst Mode TM operation. They are ideal for use in small, low-voltage battery operated systems. The LT1303-5 accepts an input voltage between 1.8V and 5V and converts it to a regulated 5V.

The LT1303 is an adjustable version that can supply an output voltage up to 25V. Quiescent current is only 120µA from the battery and the shutdown pin further reduces current to 10µA. The low-battery detector provides an open collector output that goes low when the input voltage drops below a preset level. The on-chip NPN power switch has a low 170mV saturation voltage at a switch current of 1A.

The LT1303 / LT1303-5 are available in 8-lead PDIP or SO packages, easing board space equirements.

LMP92066 Datasheet – Dual, Temperature Controlled DAC

Part Number: LMP92066

Function: Dual Temperature-Controlled DAC

Package: HTSSOP 16 Pin Type

Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Pinouts:

LMP92066 datasheet

Description

The LMP92066 is a highly integrated temperature-controlled dual DAC. Both DACs can be programmed by two independent, user-defined, temperature-to-voltage transfer functions stored in the internal EEPROM, allowing any temperature effects to be corrected without additional external circuitry. Once powered up, the device operates autonomously, without intervention from the system controller, to provide a complete solution for setting and
compensating bias voltages and currents in control applications.

The device has two analog outputs that support two output ranges: zero to plus five volts and zero to minus five volts. Each output can be switched to the load individually through the use of the dedicated control terminal. The output switching is designed for rapid response, making the device suitable for the RF Power Amplifier biasing applications.

The EEPROM is verified for 100 write operations, enabling repeated field updates. The EEPROM programming is completed upon the user-issued I2C command.

The IC’s digital ports interface to a variety of system controllers, as the dedicated VIO terminal sets the digital I/O levels. The device is available in the thermally enhanced PowerPAD™ package, enabling precise PCB temperature measurement.
