Description

This is 100mA, Negative Linear Voltage Regulator.

The LM79LXXAC series of 3-terminal negative voltage regulators features fixed output voltages of −5V, −12V, and −15V with output current capabilities in excess of 100mA. These devices were designed using the latest computer techniques for optimizing the packaged IC thermal/electrical performance.

Description

The LP2987, LP2988 are fixed-output 200 mA precision LDO voltage regulators with power-ON reset delay which can be implemented using a single external capacitor.

The LP2988 is specifically designed for noise-critical applications. A single external capacitor connected to the Bypass pin reduces regulator output noise.
