Description

The L1085 is a positive and low dropout three-terminal voltage regulator with 3A output current capability. This device is designed for use in low voltage applications that offers lower dropout voltage and faster transient response. This device is fully protected against over current faults, over temperature operation, reversed input polarity, reversed lead insertion, transient voltage spike …etc.

Description

The STR-W6200D, STRW6253 series are current-mode PWM ICs that incorporate controller chips. These devices are manufactured using a proprietary high-voltage BCD process, and avalancheguaranteed MOSFETs. These elements allow power supply systems designs that are highly reliable and simple, with fewer peripheral components. These ICs also provide Auto-Burst mode operation, which lowers input power requirements at light loads, and improves efficiency over the entire load range and universal-input range.
