Q0765R datasheet pinout

Description

A Quasi-Resonant Converter (QRC) generally shows lower EMI and higher power conversion efficiency than a conventional hard-switched converter with a fixed switching frequency. The FSQ-series is an integrated Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) controller and SenseFET specifically designed for quasi-resonant operation and Alternating Valley Switching (AVS). The PWM controller includes an integrated fixed-frequency oscillator, Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO), LeadingEdge Blanking (LEB), optimized gate driver, internal softstart, temperature-compensated precise current sources for a loop compensation, and self-protection circuitry. Compared with a discr […]

Features

1. Optimized for Quasi-Resonant Converter (QRC)

2. Low EMI through Variable Frequency Control and AVS (Alternating Valley Switching)

3. High-Efficiency through Minimum Voltage Switching

4. Narrow Frequency Variation Range over Wide Load and Input Voltage Variation

5. Advanced Burst-Mode Operation for Low Standby Power Consumption

6. Simple Scheme for Sync Voltage Detection

7. Pulse-by-Pulse Current Limit

AD8117 datasheet

Description

The AD8117, AD8118 are high speed, 32 × 32 analog crosspoint switch matrices. They offer 600 MHz bandwidth and slew rate of 1800 V/μs for high resolution computer graphics (RGB) signal switching. With less than −70 dB of crosstalk and −90 dB isolation (@ 5 MHz), the AD8117/AD8118 are useful in many high speed applications. The 0.1 dB flatness greater than 50 MHz makes the AD8117/AD8118 ideal for composite video switching.

Features

1. High channel count, 32 × 32 high speed, non-blocking

2. Switch array

3. Differential or single-ended operation

4. Flexible power supplies

5. Single +5 V supply, or dual ±2.5 V supplies

6. Serial or parallel programming of switch array

7. High impedance output disable allows connection of

8. multiple devices with minimal loading on output bus

9. Excellent video performance

10. >50 MHz 0.1 dB gain flatness

11. 0.05%/0.05° differential gain/phase error (RL= 150 Ω)

12. Excellent ac performance

13. Bandwidth: 600 MHz

14 .Slew rate: 1800 V/μs

15. Settling time: 2.5 ns to 1%

16. Low power of 2.5 W

17. Low all hostile crosstalk
