Description

The TD62384AP / F / AF and TD62385AF / F / AP are non−inverting transistor arrays, which are  comprised of eight NPN darlington output stages and PNP input stages.

These devices can be operated by source input voltage and are suitable for operations with a 5-V general purposed logic IC such as 5-V TTL, 5-V CMOS and 5-V Microprocessor which have sink
current output drivers.

Features

1. Output current (single output) 500 mA (Max)

2. High sustaining voltage 35 V (TD62384F, 385F) 50 V (TD62384AP / AF, 385AP / AF) (Min)

3. Low level active input

4. Inputs compatible with 5-V TTL and 5-V CMOS

5. Package type−AP : DIP−18 pin

6. Package type−F, AF : SOP−18 pin

Features

1. Output Configuration: It typically contains eight Darlington transistor pairs, each capable of sinking high currents.

2. Maximum Output Current: Each output channel can handle a maximum continuous output current of up to several hundred milliamperes (mA), depending on the specific model and package.

3. Input Compatibility: The input signal can be provided by a microcontroller, logic gate, or other digital control circuits. The input is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels.

4. Output Voltage: The output voltage drop across each Darlington pair is typically low when the transistor is fully saturated.
