The TT2140 transistor is a high-voltage NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) originally manufactured by Sanyo and later by other semiconductor companies such as ISC. It is specifically designed for horizontal deflection output stages in color CRT televisions, where fast switching, high current handling, and excellent ruggedness are critical. Thermal Management: With a dissipation of up to 30 W, adequate heatsinking is mandatory for safe and reliable operation.
