UCC27531 Datasheet PDF – FET and IGBT Single-Gate Driver

Part Number: UCC27531

Function: 35-V max VDD FET and IGBT Single-Gate Driver

Package: SOIC 8 Pin Type

Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Pinouts:
UCC27531 datasheet

Description

The UCC27531, UCC2753x family of devices are single-channel, high-speed, gate drivers capable of effectively driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches by up to 2.5-A source and 5-A sink (asymmetrical drive) peak current. Strong sink capability in asymmetrical drive boosts immunity against parasitic Miller turn-on effect.

The UCC2753x device can also feature a split-output configuration where the gate-drive current is sourced through OUTH pin and sunk through OUTL pin. This pin arrangement allows the user to apply independent turn-on and turn-off resistors to the OUTH and OUTL pins respectively and easily control the switching slew rates.

components

Features

• Low-cost gate driver (offering optimal solution for driving FET and IGBTs)

• Superior replacement to discrete transistor pair drive (providing easy interface with controller)

• TTL and CMOS compatible input logic threshold (independent of supply voltage)

• Split output options allow for tuning of turnon and turnoff currents

• Inverting and noninverting input configurations

• Enable with fixed TTL compatible threshold

SN75ALS176 Datasheet PDF – Differential Bus Transceiver

Part Number: SN75ALS176

Function: DIFFERENTIAL BUS TRANSRECEIVER

Package: DIP, SOIC 8 Pin Type

Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Pinouts:
SN75ALS176 datasheet

Description

The SN65ALS176 and SN75ALS176 series differential bus transceivers are designed for bidirectional data communication on multipoint bus transmission lines. They are designed for balanced transmission lines and meet TIA/EIA-422-B, TIA/EIA-485-A, and ITU Recommendations V.11 and X.27.

The SN65ALS176 and SN75ALS176 series combine a 3-state, differential line driver and a differential input line receiver, both of which operate from a single 5-V power supply. The driver and receiver have active-high and active-low enables, respectively, that can be connected together externally to function as a direction control.

The driver differential outputs and the receiver differential inputs are connected internally to form a differential input/output (I/O) bus port that is designed to offer minimum loading to the bus when the driver is disabled or VCC = 0. This port features wide positive and negative common-mode voltage ranges, making the device suitable for party-line applications.
