This is 40V, 1A, Power Schottky Rectifier.
Single Schottky rectifier suited for Switchmode Power Supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters. Packaged in SOD-123, this device is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection applications. Due to the small size of the package this device fit GSM and PCMCIA requirements.
