Description

The HIP4082IB is a medium frequency, medium voltage H-Bridge N-Channel MOSFET driver IC, available in 16 lead plastic SOIC (N) and DIP packages.

Specifically targeted for PWM motor control and UPS applications, bridge based designs are made simple and flexible with the HIP4082 H-bridge driver. With operation up to 80V, the device is best suited to applications of moderate power levels.

The BP9021A is a high precision primary-side constant current LED driver chips. Chip inductor in discontinuous current mode for full range 85Vac ~ 265Vac input voltage, power 3W or less isolated flyback LED constant current power supply.

BP9021 chip integrated 650V power switch, primary-side feedback mode, no secondary feedback circuit, and without compensation circuitry, requires minimal external components to achieve excellent constant current characteristic. Patented drive and current detection method, the chip operating current is extremely low, no power transformer auxiliary winding detection and further reduce external components, greatly saving system cost and size.
