This is Connectorized PIN Plus Preamplifier.
The HFD3381-102 is a high-performance 850nm GaAs detector and preamplifier packaged for high-speed data communications. The product is designed for ease of use by the module designer or manufacturer for data rates from 622 Mbps to 2.5 Gbps. As the light increases, the output voltage increases, limiting at input powers above –10dBm.
