The A1601 is Monolithic N-Channel Power MOSFET Array that built in 7 circuits and resistance designed for LED, Relay, Thermal Head, and so on.

N-channel MOSFETs are commonly used for switching and amplifying electronic signals in a wide range of applications, and having multiple MOSFETs in a single package can offer several advantages.
